Mutual fund is the common pool of money from multiple investors used to invest in equities, stocks, bonds, and other securities. The income generated through it is equally shared proportionately among the invested public as per the Net Asset Valu-NAV. Managed by asset management companies or fund managers, all the mutual funds are registered with SEBI and they function as per its regulations.
NCDS & Bonds
NCDs (Non-convertible debentures) are debt instruments used by large corporations and governments to raise long-term funds at a fixed interest rate. NCDs cannot be converted into stocks or shares. Simply put, it is a loan certificate or a loan bond that guarantees the payment of the specified amount plus interest.
P2P Lending
Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending allows individuals to borrow loans directly from a party or an individual without relying on traditional financial institutions such as banks and so on. This type of transaction occurs directly between two parties – one in need of money and the other looking to lend.
